Facilities Management

Our ultimate support package involves providing a full time professional technician. They will answer everyday questions, solve issues and function as a full-time member of your own team. We also ensure that you’re covered for holidays and sick leave, plus, your technician constantly enjoys the full back up of the Fresh team if there’s a problem they can’t solve alone. There is simply no compromise, because you enjoy all the benefits of a dedicated expert, with the total support that only comes from an extensive and diverse team. Looking at the bigger picture, we also supply you with IT management, planning and consultation.

Regular Maintenance

At Fresh we believe that traditional regular maintenance visits are essential, although they seems to be an increasingly rare practice. Most of our support plans include a visit at least once a month, firstly to make sure everything is working as it should, but also to speak with your staff and discuss any problems they might have. This level of face-to-face commitment is one of the ingredients that sets us apart.

    review rating 5  I work at a small consulting company that work remotely and collaborate online a lot. Freshtech have always been really quick to respond to any troubleshooting and the first IT peeps who haven't asked me to restart my computer by default! They really get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it quickly with no fuss. Also, I don't know if they ever sleep! Highly recommend!

    review rating 5  A*** service; have left a view reviews over the last 12 months already (as a team member of Mactavish) but feel strongly about reiterating praise to the team at Fresh Tech; all team members at @helpdesk are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond; have never been let down even in high pressure/stress situations, IT support has always been really fast and got matters resolved (even if 'on the spot' wasn't possible then within a very quick time frame). Very happy with their service.
