This is all about security and simplicity. Bringing you the heavyweight benefits of our industry partners JumpCloud and Microsoft, managed cloud authentication allows a single point sign on through Macs, PCs and Linux.
Cloud Fileserver
Tried and trusted, particularly by international clients with satellite offices, Cloud Fileserver either makes primary use of the cloud or syncs with your onsite storage. The service is underpinned by our partner links with Google, Egnyte and Microsoft.
Managed Webserver
When you’ve decided to move from shared web hosting to a quicker and more reliable system, we can provide a confidence inspiring ‘end-to-end’ service. First we create your cloud server on our system, before installing all the software. At each step, we work closely with your web developer to make sure that everything is working perfectly. Once you’re up and running we manage all back-ups and if anything does go wrong, we’re ready and waiting to put it right, quickly.
Internet connectivity
Naturally your connectivity needs to be quick and reliable, so we supply super-fast internet and long term professional support. We’ll be there to meet your supplier on installation day and will ensure that essential kit such as modems are always working faultlessly and right up to date.

They deserve a A*** for service; have left a view reviews over the last 18 months already (as a team member of Mactavish) but feel strongly about reiterating praise to the team at Fresh Tech; all team members at @helpdesk are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond; have never been let down even in high pressure/stress situations, IT support has always been really fast and got matters resolved (even if 'on the spot' wasn't possible then within a very fast time frame). Very happy with their service.

Great service - super speedy and also polite and professional. Response times are often much better than in house IT support and the remote access system actually works

These guys look after the IT for our creative business. They are remotely based and are almost always instantaneous to respond and very efficient and effective at helping out and keeping us moving.
Especially with the 2020 remote working scenarios.

For day to day technical issues they are very quick to respond and will always make sure the problem is solved. Sourcing equipment can take a bit longer, but the level of care and services makes up for this.
