They definitely deserve a A*** for service; all team members at @helpdesk are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond; have never been let down even in high pressure/stress situations, support has always been really fast and got matters resolved efficiently (even if 'on the spot' wasn't possible then within a very fast time frame). Very happy with their service, keep up the good work everyone.

After a long afternoon phone call and remote session talking me through it Fresh were not able to fix it immediately, so the following morning they came to my office and made the necessary changes to get it done quickly. Another excellent service.
